Major reshuffle in Bangladesh

In a major reshuffle in the top level of the Army in Bangladesh,  new authorities have reconstituted the police force of the country. The new regime replaced the Additional Inspector General of Police Md. Harun Ar Rashid as Director General of Rapid Action Battalion. AKM Shahidur Rahman has been made the new Director General of the Rapid Action Battalion.  Md. Mainul Hasan has been appointed as the new Commissioner of Dhaka Metropolitan Police. The Public Security Division under the Ministry of Home Affairs issued a notification in this regard.
